Excel Test Prep and Tutoring

As a student who graduated near the top of his class in both high school and college, I certainly value the importance of education; however, just understanding the value of an education is not nearly enough to effectively help others. I have been through the trials and tribulations, the highs and lows of student life and have used that experience to tailor my tutoring philosophy. I realize every student is unique and requires a program specific to his/her needs and personalities, and I pride myself in being able to recognize these needs and effectively guide the student through his/her trouble areas while reinforcing his/her strong points. A well-rounded student is most effective, so I strive to build self-confidence while teaching unique and alternative ways of studying. I encourage students to utilize resources available to them that are often overlooked because of shyness or inexperience, such as professors and guidance counselors. Whether you need guidance at an elementary, high school or entry college level, I will set up a course plan, study guides, and homework that will help you not only understand the subject matter completely, but also make you confident in your abilities to test higher than you ever have previously! I have a quiet office setup in my home, or I am willing to travel to your home.
