FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Check out the pricing system on my page.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
1. Full-service/all-day videography. 2. Professional video-editing. 3. Most importantly; #1 & #2 is preceded by an extensive interview of the subject clientele, with the objective of gathering as much information, as possible, that will help me in striving for the best overall video production humanly possible! For example; when doing a 'wedding', we strive to shoot video footage of the 'marriage', more so that just the wedding day! To put it bluntly; if/whenever one of our wedding couples may get into a spat, in their post-wedding day life together; we'd like to know that their recipe for 'kissing & making-up' is simply to re-watch their wedding video, and re-live their excitement!!! Yes; this may sound a bit cliche, or 'fairy-talish', but hey; what's wrong with that?!?
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Interview, via an initial good old-fashioned telephone conversation, as many vendors as you can! While 'online' shopping is a great way to start... do not allow it to be an actual replacement for truly getting a feel for selecting whom you're going to pay your hard-earned money!
