Reached out to Air experts when my AC unit broke on a day when there was a heat wave. I clearly mentioned that it needs capacitor replacement.
They scheduled me for 4-6 PM that day but didn’t show up even after multiple follow-ups.

When finally they called, they said the earliest they can come over is after 2 days since it was service call and that they can only come the same day if it’s for a new HVAC unit.

Very disappointed with the way they handled the customers.
