Responded to all calls and texts - communication is VERY important to me. Listened to all of my concerns, walked through my entire house, inspected every vent, clearly explained every detail I needed to know, and more. I was 100% satisfied.

Reached out to Air experts when my AC unit broke on a day when there was a heat wave. I clearly mentioned that it needs capacitor replacement. They scheduled me for 4-6 PM that day but didn’t show up even after multiple follow-ups. When finally they called, they said the earliest they can come over is after 2 days since it was service call and that they can only come the same day if it’s for a new HVAC unit. Very disappointed with the way they handled the customers.

Air experts responded to a service call on a leaking hvac system. Their repair representative was polite. But this repair was minor. The repair tech installed a half in plastic pipe which required him to simple twist it onto the existing plastic pipe. Then he replaced a two foot tube. Parts may have costed less than $50. It was a 5 minute fix. I was charged $244. $150 would’ve been a fair price. Don’t bother responding saying that the value of your work is worth a high price. Taking advantage of people is not ok. If this company was fair I would’ve used them for my twice per year tune ups on my hvac. I guess not! Bye bye
