Responded to all calls and texts - communication is VERY important to me. Listened to all of my concerns, walked through my entire house, inspected every vent, clearly explained every detail I needed to know, and more. I was 100% satisfied.

Air experts responded to a service call on a leaking hvac system. Their repair representative was polite. But this repair was minor. The repair tech installed a half in plastic pipe which required him to simple twist it onto the existing plastic pipe. Then he replaced a two foot tube. Parts may have costed less than $50. It was a 5 minute fix. I was charged $244. $150 would’ve been a fair price. Don’t bother responding saying that the value of your work is worth a high price. Taking advantage of people is not ok. If this company was fair I would’ve used them for my twice per year tune ups on my hvac. I guess not! Bye bye

I barely even explained what the problem was, and by all expectations it's a simple issue, when they said they're not interested to help me. Apparently if you're not buying a new unit from them then you need to find another provider. And if God forbid the people you bought the unit from went out of business, it's your problem. Fix it yourself!
