- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and transparent. We provide detailed, written estimates after an on-site visit so there are no surprises. Every project is priced based on the scope of work, materials, and design preferences, not rough online estimates. We don’t believe in high-pressure sales or hidden fees. We occasionally offer seasonal promotions or bundle discounts for clients completing multiple projects. Financing options are also available to make larger remodels more manageable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, clear, and customer-focused. We start with a quick conversation to understand your goals and schedule an on-site visit to review the project in person. During that visit, we discuss design ideas, materials, and provide a detailed written estimate, not a rough guess. Once approved, we schedule the work, keep you updated throughout the project, and ensure your home is clean and safe every day. The job isn’t finished until you’re completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings over 25 years of hands-on construction experience backed by specialized training in residential remodeling and building trades. Vincent, our owner, learned the craft from the ground up, combining technical expertise in carpentry, masonry, roofing, and remodeling with decades of real-world project management experience. We stay current with building codes, safety standards, and new materials through ongoing manufacturer training and industry certifications to ensure every project meets the highest professional standards.
