We had a serious mold issue in our basement after a flood, and honestly, we didn’t know where to start. From the first phone call, the team at Tri State Mold Doctors put us at ease. They showed up on time, walked us through the entire remediation process, and explained everything in plain language so we felt comfortable with the plan. Dr Patroñ was our technician. He even showed up in scrubs ready to work!
What impressed me most was their professionalism and attention to detail. They sealed off the work area, used top-notch equipment, and kept everything incredibly clean during the job. Within a few days, the musty smell was gone, and the air in our home felt fresh again.
