I contacted Ruby for private yoga lessons after a year of surgery treatment and prolonged rest due to breast cancer. I explained my circumstance to Ruby and she came in with a plan of light stretching and yoga to help me build up my muscles and strength. I’ve never been involved with Yoga before but after working with Ruby I can definitely see the benefits and will continue working on getting myself to a better place with her help ❤️
