- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
it depends on the job. smaller jobs I can price by day, larger jobs I like to give overall price. wallpaper I usually charge by the hour because of the inconsistencies. (i don't wanna over charge because somtimes it can take days with all the unforseeable variables .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
start out on a smaller project to get a relationship built. then work together to complete the larger tasks.

ten years experience. I have comercial and residential experience. I have been in over 500 homes
