David gave me a quote via our email exchange. He based his quote from only my description of the job! He arrived with Nick. Checked out the job. Did the job and, when he was finished, the estimate was my bill. Wow! I have never had this happen with a contractor before. Both David and Nick were easy to have in the house. They were polite, focused, and efficient professionals. Other electricians who had given me quotes made it sound like a very difficult job. David had no problem figuring out what needed to be done. He's old school. Love that! I will hire Tower Electrical again for sure.

Dave came to my house and diagnosed the situation. He charged me $280 and like a fool, I paid it thinking he would come back to complete the work. I should have held out until he came back. I have not heard from him since and he will not return a call or email. Do not use this crook. Worse yet he had his son with him and he is teaching his son bad business practices. Dave should be ashamed of himself.

The cost of the service call you speak of was a total cost of $240 . I gave you a verbal quote of $240 on the phone for the work to be performed before we got there. It was a Saturday and I replaced the exterior gfi and troubleshooted your exterior lighting as I said I would. While I was there you told me of an electrical repair that was done by your pool man.I explained it was not up to code and unsafe and that needed to be redone ASAP. Unfortunately that same day I sustained an eye injury which still plagues me today. I missed a lot of days since that day. I understand you had contracted with someone else to do that repair. But as far as my business with you, you had received exactly what I agreed to and was paid to do . I think you know that and an appropriate response from you would be to acknowledge that Best of luck Dave
