- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will examine your current online presence and ask some questions about your ideal client or issues you specialize in. Our copy writer will interview you by phone to gain a deeper understanding of your background, modalities, what a person can expect during a first session with you, and much more. We will compose the text of each web page. In parallel to the writing, we create 2 design directions for your site. Once you select one, we begin building your new web site!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of experience leading marketing projects and every web designer who works with me has a college degree in graphic design.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Mental health (many therapists, psychiatrists), a dental practice, fitness company, a graduate school, integrative health providers, conference producers, an industrial automation company, and more.
