I am giving this review based off facts and the ending result of my project. I hired Michele as a Logo designer for my new business I am starting inspired by my son. Michele started off ( before payment) very pleasant and responsive to all my questions and once I paid the invoice of $150 (after hours) without any problems and received the final logo, I was unsatisfied with it being too large and not useful for this social media page I am trying to start. I contacted Michele via email to explain and even asked her to call me and I stopped getting calls (after I paid) and she still sent over a few files which is still not the correct ones to upload onto my social media pages. As a client, I paid for services and expect a certain level of trust and commitment to my project I paid for. Seem like after I paid, I started to get a defensive response from you Michele and all I wanted was what I paid for. I am sharing 2 images to prove what I’m talking about.
1.) Jaiden (Lee) is too close to the edge and it’s not centered nor background fits for the profile pic. 2.) Jaiden Lee with image is too large and the background do not properly fit for the profile picture
Please clients do your research because, I am a single mother trying to start my new business and I need all my money and I am out of $150 that I paid to Michele and I have to put out more money to hire another LOGO designer to fix everything. I asked Michele for a refund and she said I paid for services that I cannot use and I am not satisfied with and this project is incomplete. Instead of contacting me to do everything she can do to fix this issue.
