Allincia is like family to us at this point. She is the best caterer ever. I’ve worked with her often to create beautiful cakes for my mother’s birthday (Wonder Woman) and other sweet delights.
Most recently she catered my sister’s ENTIRE baby shower—this included desserts and main dishes.
We had themed Cookie Monster cookies, cupcakes and pretzels. And for the food a mixture of Caribbean and soul food!
Everyone raved about it. I would definitely highly recommend her for any event. She communicative, timely (she was there before I was 😭 ) and a true pleasure to work with.

When ordering a pan, I'm used to getting food that does not fill or spill over the top of the pan. That isn't the case with Island Girl....Everytime you get your money's worth and more! If you are looking for soul, Caribbean (West Indian) or any kind of food (there really isn't anything she doesn't do) hit her up and get ready to be WOW'd and very impressed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is customized based on the type of service, menu selections, guest count, location, and level of service requested. A minimum order may apply. Delivery, setup, staffing, and specialty requests may incur additional fees. Discounts may be available for larger orders or repeat clients. A final quote will be provided once all event details are confirmed.Veteran Discount: 10% off food and catering services as a thank-you for your service. Discount does not apply to delivery, staffing, rentals, or other additional fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning about your event, including the date, guest count, location, menu preferences, dietary needs, and type of service you’re looking for. From there, I discuss menu options and provide a customized quote based on your needs. Once the details are finalized and the booking is confirmed with a deposit, I coordinate the remaining details with you to ensure everything is prepared and delivered or served as planned. My goal is to make the process easy, clear, and stress-free from start to finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My culinary training comes primarily through 5 years of hands-on professional catering and food preparation experience. I am ServSafe certified and have extensive experience preparing Caribbean, Jamaican-inspired, soul food, American and fusion cuisine. I have catered events for 100+ guests and have developed strong skills in menu planning, food preparation, presentation, food safety, organization, and working with clients to create customized menus.
