I had a hard time finding a low voltage tech for my complicated old (1841) house internet. Brian came over and went through my ideas and refined them to reality, it was refreshing to have someone who wanted to help me but was straight up from the start. The work came out great and supply issues were solved with free upgrades rather then excuses. How can you not be happy with that? When I do my basement I know who to call.
