- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since we have many different capabilities, which bill at different rates, we do detailed scope of work estimates with items for each issue you want resolved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to meet you, see the work to be done, and discuss time frames so we can give you a written estimate. Upon acceptance, we ask that you sign and return the estimate with the 50% deposit payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In business 19 years, have been renovating house for more than 50 years.
