- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, our process begins with a company introduction. After we have been introduced, we will gather important details regarding your particular project. These details include but are not limited to, the brand of your appliance, the issues you’re experiencing, and the model number of your appliance always helps as well. After gathering this information, we will provide you with details regarding what you can expect from us, including pricing, scheduling, any warranties or discounts that may apply to your particular project, and how long we expect it to take to complete your project.

10+ years of job experience, 2 years of training and education, universal EPA certification.
