They were great, got back to me within a half hour to talk about the job I needed done and work out payment/time and supplies needed to get it done. On time and no issues and were extra helpful with advising me about my siding that needs touched up. Very reasonable pricing, would call again if need more painting done.

I saw the positive reviews for Khav Painting, and sent an inquiry. They responded within 10 minutes. We arranged for an on-site inspection and received a good quote. The crew started prepping the walls the next day, and shortly after, sanded the walls smooth and ready for paint. This crew not only did the painting, but also installed a vinyl plank floor to perfection, including the removal and reinstallation of a toilet. They worked with me about cost effective recommendations about two doors that needed to be replaced, procured the doors, and installed them. He arranged for an electrician to change all of the switches and outlets that the previous tenant had painted over, and replaced lights that we purchased. We were really amazed at their work talents and commitment to excellence. You won’t find a better company and crew.

Khav painting has a very good crew, very nice people, easy to work with and take their time to get the job done right. Because they have many clients, scheduling was initially challenging - but once they put us on their schedule, they accommodated all of our painting requests to ensure we are fully satisfied ( 3 rooms & some patch / repair work ). Easy to work with once scheduled and very accommodating and very good value for the overall job request. They were very professional in their approach - covered our room properly to ensure everything was spotless afterwards, had commercial size large rollers to speed up the work and adequately provided paint. Highly recommend for all of your indoor / outdoor painting needs ( will definitely use them again for future projects ). Thank you Khav Painting - greatly appreciated your service!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Don't hesitate to ask questions. Also, look closely at the person who came to offer an estimate. It should be someone cordial, knowledgeable, well equipped (with an uniform or at least good appearance), and more importantly, someone who is punctual. If the first impression is not good enough, the job won't be either.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up an appointment with the customer to discuss and observe the project. Our estimator walks through each step of the painting process, making sure that the customer is fully aware of what needs to be done. The customer is then presented with different options and discounts available to fit with budgetary expectations. If agreed, contract and color selection gets sent over email within a day, or within two days if physically.
