- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I start at a basic $60 for a small property. This can be raised, or lowered, depending on the number of shrubs to prune and trees to be removed. A house with a full yard starts at $120 with the same qualifiers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up an appointment to walk the property with a new client talking about options and what work they would like done. There is no charge for this interview. I then set up an appointment on the first open date agreeable to my client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was originally trained at the Burlington County Institute of Technology. I then received a great deal of hands on experience designing and maintaining gardens with PRC property management. After being laid off I had the opportunity to study at Morris Arboretum and through the Master Gardeners of Burlington County.
