I hired Joeslaine for a deep clean (including windows/ oven/ fridge) as a "reset" for my 3 story, 3 BR house. Before she came, we chatted about my needs on the app and over text and she was very responsive and helpful. She worked systematically from top to bottom and I was able to seamlessly keep my work from home schedule. This one-woman show cleaned everything from 9:30 - 4:30 to accommodate my schedule. I was so happy that she even moved things around to clean underneath (like my dog's raised bed and window seat) for ultimate dust removal. We came up with a great system of using Google Translate to communicate specific details when needed as her first language is Portuguese. My floors are sparkling, my house smells amazing, and I woke up breathing easier thanks to the dust removal! I plan to have Joeslaine come back for periodic maintenance cleaning.
