They auto-replied to my initial request and instantly booked an appointment. On the day of the scheduled appointed, which showed confirmed in thumbtack and seemed to be confirmed by their messaging, nobody showed up or even called. Upon messaging them on thumbtack, I received "hello. let's make an appointment for an estimate... I don't have time today". The no call and no show was frustrating. The follow up communication even moreso because establishing expectations at the beginning led to this. Don't confirm appointments you don't have time for or even intend to keep. You established the expectation that services would be rendered today, and then backtracked asking to schedule a separate time to come see the place and give an estimate before scheduling another time to do the cleaning... I needed the cleaning done on the date I requested, that's why I booked it then. I could have booked several other professionals here that reached out, but proceeded with Rose's because they booked me first. Now I can not get the cleaning done in time. Extremely disappointing, will not be doing business with Rose's.
