It hires only background checked maids that always arrives on scheduled time ready to begin their quest. Regular cleaning service includes furniture dusting, door cleaning, baseboard cleaning, ceiling fan cleaning, couch moving, carpet vacuuming, bathroom sanitation, floor washing and kitchen clean up. All house cleaning assignments are different in many ways and we intimately understand these differences. Our maids will follow any specific instructions and specifications that you may have . This will insure a tailored cleaning that best accommodates your needs. GUIDELINES: -We work for a flat rate and not by hours. -We are closed on the weekends. -If you’re not home the day the job is performed, you have 24 hours to look over the work. -Arrival time is a window of estimation time and it is not a guaranteed arrival time. Exact ETA will be provided the day of service when the team assigned to your job is on their way to you. -If your house had any renovations done prior to the cleaning please include that in your quote request so we can schedule you for a bigger window of time. -If you have multiple bedrooms but would like only one or a few of them cleaned, please add the full size of your house on your online estimate calculator and add the amount of bedrooms to be cleaned on the description area so we can properly quote your job. -We do not perform upholstery cleaning. -First cleaning, one time cleaning and once a month cleaning we only perform deep cleaning. We only perform standard cleaning on biweekly and weekly cleanings. -Items that are not included in your online estimate: Decluttering (We provide trash removal for an extra fee), Walls (we do not perform wall cleaning), Cleaning Exposed Metal Air Ducts, Washing dishes (We do not wash dishes), Folding Clothes (We do not wash, fold or put away clothes), Inside Closets and Cabinets, Garage Cleaning, Attic Cleaning, Basement Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Oven Cleaning and Refrigerator Cleaning. If you need any of these items done that aren’t mentioned as we do not do please advice the scheduling director when you get your first response. -Items that are included in your cleaning: baseboards, doors, ceiling fans, moving the couches, dusting, floor cleaning, bathroom cleaning and kitchen cleaning including inside of the microwave. -Items that are always an up charge and never included in your cleaning regardless if it is a standard or deep cleaning: inside of the fridge, inside of the oven, cleaning the windows and cleaning the basement. -Same day cancellation fee is $50. -Price changes are at the discretion of the manager on the job and influenced by neglected conditions, size of the home and longer cleaning time. Light scrubbing, dusting and no furniture moving. We provide standard cleanings only during weekly and biweekly cleanings. Deep Cleaning: This cleaning is ideal for homes that haven’t been cleaned in over a month and requires extra scrubbing, longer scheduling windows, door cleaning, baseboard cleaning and light furniture moving such as couches and small tables. One time cleaning and once a month cleaning we only provide deep cleaning. If your house is in neglected conditions please advise the schedule director to properly quote your job and schedule you for a bigger window of time.
