Introduction: FULL-SERVICE CATERING
As a professional caterer, we have performed in most environments, types of venue, and conditions. We have built our reputation on customizing menus for fabulous parties for discerning clients. We have planned and executed many events for up to 2,000 guests. Now, we have set our focus on more intimate gatherings, usually 10 to 50 guests.
PERSONAL CHEF SERVICES
As a personal chef, Tony's ideal client is a busy family. They may have dietary restrictions or be quite adventurous with their tastes. He works from your kitchen (bringing equipment, if necessary) with your groceries (we can take inventory and create a shopping list) and your desired recipes. He is organized, clean as he goes, and brings a sense of calm to your home, as he cooks. His rate is reasonable, is reliable, and trustworthy. We have many great references from many years of running his catering company and managing a few restaurants.

Tony Daggett has been the all time favorite chef of the International Primal Psychology Association. This is a very demanding group who has always otherwise had food complaints. Tony's diverse meals, fresh deserts and creative snacks, as well as his extremely cooperative and charismatic behavior all contribute to his success. I was not the least bit surprised to hear of his branching into event coordination as he has everything that it takes and more to please all kinds of groups. He is considerate, listens well and observes what is needed, and he goes about putting himself into things as needed to make for fabulous events. You'll be glad when you choose to hire Tony! Gratitude to Tony for satisfying our group with it's intensive needs and huge range of demands. We couldn't have asked for more.

Tony has done parties for me, some under difficult conditions, and created some great memories for me and my friends. Whether its a pool party or a sit down dinner the food and service where excellent. I especially appreciated how hard he worked with me in terms of my budget and expectations. He makes the planning fun and the event something special..

Tony recently catered a bridal shower for my daughter and everything from soup to nuts was top rate. Tony has catered many parties for me from business dinners to graduation parties and I can count on him to personally handle all the details.He and his staff work very hard to make sure your event is one to remember.
