We just had our driveway and sidewalk up to our door replaced by General Moore Contractors LLC. We could honestly not be any happier. Gary was a pleasure to deal with, and his workers were an outstanding group. Gary and his crew worked right through the horribly HOT and HUMID weather on Thursday to stay on schedule and complete the job exactly as promised. Really could not ask for anything more. Timely, professional, highly skilled, just an all around great experience. Gary will go that extra mile to make sure you are more than satisfied with your project. Highly recommend Gary and General Moore Contractors for anyone's concrete work. Wish there was a SIXTH STAR to rate these guys.

Garry and his team gave us a beyond excellent experience. From my first message, he followed up promptly, showed up in person to give us an estimate within 2 days, and squeezed us in between other jobs to get to a time-sensitive project. His quote was very fair, especially given the top notch quality of the work. He and his team showed up promptly exactly when they said they would, got the work done quickly and cleanly, and were super friendly and transparent. They moved a ton of rocks from one area of the yard to a fire pit, defined and did gorgeous stone edging on some big flower beds in our front yard (and even came back the very next day with more stone for the other side after I decided it was so pretty and I wanted it to be symmetrical), moved/removed a bunch of shrubs, and did serious cleanup and pristine mulching and edging on all our beds. Gary is committed to going above and beyond on customer service and doing high-quality work that honestly exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for landscape/hardscape work, big or small! Thank you, Garry and crew :-)

Mr Moore and his team did a great job. He did a sidewalk and some driveway. Did not leave a mess and cleaned up after work was completed.Before side walk was cracked. After ...completed work.
Work was completed as stated. Price was affordable.

Gary and his team replaced our concrete driveway last week and did a great job; it looks great! They were efficient and courteous, made sure to clean up after themselves, and returned a week later to replace some lawn dirt and reseed. Gary himself was a pleasure to talk to and work with.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge in most installs 6 to 10 dolls. Per square foot for concrete projects. I charge anywhere from 75-100 per. yd. for mulch installed., $75- per ton for topsoil installed. $,50dolls. per post for fencing installs. Customer pays for materials , And We will pick them up . free of charge. $250-per gate installed. anywhere from $10-15 per.square ft. For pavers. Walls $15-25 per. square ft. installed. price includes materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First present myself and our co's position and experience regarding their Project. Second listen to their needs carefully moving forward. Then with our experience and the customers desires, We will create their dream environment.

I subscribe to all of the magazine cos. with the latest info. in new inovations in my fields of work. always reading new literature. many yrs. Working for someone, eventually buying the business when they retired.
