Initially I wasn’t going to leave a review because I was given a partial refund. Nonetheless, I’m very disappointed with my experience/quality of work received. I received quotes from a few companies, finally deciding on this provider. The quote for DEEP cleaning of my 3 bedroom 1 bathroom, was $425 which I gave her $450 upon completion initially. To include cleaning my refrigerator, windows, laundry. I started off asking how many people would be coming to complete the service and was told 2 people would be out. The day of service…. An hour late, 1 person and more than half the services were not provided. The lady left with my refrigerator never touched, windows never touched. The mats on my table moved around. One bedroom was never touched, my son’s room still had piles of dust on his dresser and night stand. My main bed room had layers of dust under the bed and dresser. None of the ceiling fans touched. Bathroom still had urine behind the toilet. Tv stand in my living room still had dust. My couches were never moved to get behind them. Needless to say i do a better job at cleaning these basic things. Disappointed to say the least. I specifically asked her prior to her departure if she cleaned all my upstairs bedrooms, and was told yes. Smh. The blatant disregard of honesty, and my time to say the least. My son’s birthday was the next day. So imagine paying someone to complete a service receiving partial refund, and still having to deep clean my house on top of preparing for guest and my son on his big day. This was a waste of $250.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear that the service did not meet your expectations, especially with such an important event the following day.
After reflecting on your concerns, I recognize that there were gaps in how certain aspects of the service were communicated during the appointment. Some areas required access or preparation that wasn't fully communicated. You sent a message and I offered to come back, but you refused that option.

I was very impressed with how well Spaces By Elle Staffs cleaned my 2 bedrooms apartment. I opted for deep cleaning which was worth every penny.Everyone I interacted with was friendly, courteous and professional. They paid close attention to details,cleaned areas that I never would have thought.Great communication Ms Elle was very patient on the phone with me and very knowledgeable about what I wanted . The staff worked hard and used time wisely,fast yet thorough.So nice to come home to a clean house. I will definitely recommend Spaces By Elle to my friends, neighbors and family members and will definitely come back because you have made yourself a lifelong customer.
