Lorraine did a great job designing our wedding invitations. She took what we requested and created a design and had us approve every change along the way ensuring accuracy. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
all orders are customize for each client so pricing start from 3.50 on up depending on style
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
once they contact me I will get an idea of what they are looking for in colors, texture, designs and start designing a template, I offer two samples. Once they confirm there chose and supplies are order it takes me 3-4 weeks to complete they order depending on the style and details they want. (Ribbons, jewels, embossing ,pocket fold jackets, belly bands, die cuts designs, flat cards)
