- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the tree, the complexity of the job, accessibility, and the type of service needed (trimming, removal, stump grinding, etc.). We always aim to provide fair and competitive pricing and offer free estimates so customers know exactly what to expect before any work begins. In some cases, we may offer discounts for multiple trees or larger projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a conversation to understand the customer’s needs. We then schedule a visit to evaluate the tree or property and provide a free estimate. Once the customer approves the quote, we schedule the service at a convenient time. On the day of the job, our team arrives prepared, completes the work safely and efficiently, and makes sure the area is cleaned up before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on experience and training in safe tree removal, trimming techniques, equipment operation, and property protection. Safety is a top priority, so we follow proper industry practices and stay knowledgeable about safe tree care methods.
