When I reached out to Dirt Patrol about cleaning a velvet couch, I did not have high hopes. However, the defied my expectations! The large stain I was concerned about was pretty much gone, and the couch looked cleaner than it has in years. They were also extremely responsive, getting back to my messages promptly and giving me updates on their arrival time. All in all, working with them was an excellent experience!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2024, my husband and I were trained in professional cleaning of carpets, furniture and mattresses. The training included the study of the tools used and the principles of equipment operation. Then we worked out our knowledge on our furniture and carpets, cleaned the furniture of relatives and friends.
Having gained the necessary experience, we started working with clients.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My husband and I have long wanted to organize our own business that would benefit other people. It is important for everyone to take care of their health, which depends largely on the things around us. In daily worries, many people do not have enough time to fully clean and clean furniture and carpets. That is why we decided to organize a business that will help each of you not only to make your home cleaner, but also to save your time.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Once we were cleaning a sofa in a family with a small child. The whole sofa was in cute children’s drawings from the pen, felt-tip pens, paints. There were also slime and chewing gum stains. We used almost all the stain removers we had. The sofa has become clean and fresh and fully ready for new children’s creativity.
