- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free - 30 minute discovery call Pricing is in packages of 1 on 1 coaching at 3, 6, or 12 month coaching. There is also group coaching packages for those who prefer to be in a group rather than 1 on 1 Workshops are offered periodically throughout the year at different rates (depending on workshop and location) Any questions do not hesitate to ask, it is my pleasure to answer you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everything starts with a simple conversation. From there we move to a 30 minute discovery call. (Especially essential if someone has never experienced coaching before.) Whether we continue from that point is up to each individual. From that call they leave with a next step for them in their journey of which they can be held accountable for or not. If they choose to be held accountable we have another conversation. And generally in that conversation they choose to go further with coaching or go it on their own. Either way they have my love and blessings. no pressure, no obligations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from the 12 month Health Coaching training program at Hilton Johnson Coach Training in 2010. I worked as a Health coach for a year and recognized that most people's problems were not health problems, they were life problems. Thus moved on to get my certification as a Life coach with the American University of NLP I continue to educate myself, constantly updating my skills by reading, attend coaching seminars and being coached by my coaches.
