I’d give Besi ten stars instead of five!! He is an honest, consummate professional who genuinely cares for your problem getting fixed. I think you’ll find a lot of contractors who will give you quotes or promise to repair or take on a new job/commit to you but with Besi you’ll not only get all that but also quality workmanship and peace of mind. I want to compliment Besi on his work style and such deep knowledge of plumbing – be it your old home needing a repair, or a brand new home where a shoddy job was done. Besi came to my rescue when all toilets were leaking in a new home, under the sink faucet/pipes were installed incorrectly, my main water line had some glue on it, and my hvac unit was not draining water properly (due to a simple but silly installation). Besi even helped me fix a leak by driving an hour from where he was after a tiring day. Thank you Besi. You are exceptional!!

Besi recently replaced various sink and shower faucets as well as the kitchen faucet for us, garbage disposal removal along with additional plumbing work in our garage. 2 day job and Besi made sure everything was cleaned up and in working order despite running into a couple of issues and he explained all that he was doing it had done. He is hardworking and knowledgeable and we would hire him again if needed! Thanks!

My experience with Besi was outstanding. He was very responsive and gave me a very reasonable quote. On the day of the job he arrived before time and was very professional. He went above and beyond to get the job done. He installed hot water bidets in two bathrooms. In one of the bathrooms, the part which came with the bidet was not compatible with my hot water connection and so Besi identified an alternative from Home Depot which we could replace. For the garbage disposal system installation, he had to move several pipes under the sink for which he needed to buy alternate piping equipment from Home Depot. Besi went and bought all the necessary parts from Home Depot and did not charge me for it. He came back and installed everything perfectly and cleaned up all the dust after the job was done. He is going to be my go to plumber. I am glad I worked with him.
