So as of the day I'm writing this review Roman has been great I have spoken to him on the phone only and he seems very Knowledgeable I hired him for a real estate closing Roman did not like a couple of things on the contract so he had a couple of suggestions that he wanted to see on the contract he contacted the sellers attorney and hopefully everything goes good

I mostly work on flat fees -- which is good for clients because they know exactly how much my service will cost them.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I mostly practice bankruptcy and real estate. I got started practicing bankruptcy because it was the fastest and the most convenient way to immediately stop a wage garnishment, a bank levy, or constant calls from creditors asking for money. I got started in real estate because I enjoy being able to to help clients go from seeing a house they like to moving into that house.
