Working with Gigi and Sandy was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very first consultation, they were warm, professional, and truly listened to our vision. They brought everything together so seamlessly that we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment of the day.
Their attention to detail, quick problem-solving, and calm demeanor kept everything running smoothly—even when the unexpected popped up (as it always does with weddings!). The team coordinated with vendors flawlessly, managed the timeline with precision, and made sure everything—from the ceremony setup to the last dance—was exactly how we imagined.
What really stood out was how much they genuinely cared. They weren’t just ticking boxes; they were invested in making our day special. So many guests commented on how organized and beautiful everything was, and we owe it all to them.

I am really happy that we used GK Events and Design as our wedding day of coordinator! Since we had 2 different locations for our ceremony and reception, having a team of 2 coordinators was a big plus for us. Gigi and Sandy were so helpful during the planning process - they answered questions, helped us brainstorm, coordinated with our other vendors to ensure that every detail was covered, and gave us feedback on our plans so that everything was perfect on our day. All of our decor was set up beautifully, and Gigi was a huge help with getting ready and making sure everyone looked their best. We were able to enjoy our whole wedding day with no worries of where to be or what to do, and our families were so grateful that they didn't have to worry about anything either. Our other vendors also had great feedback on working with them throughout the day. They were also truly just nice people and wonderful to be around - on such an important day of my life, I'm glad I had a patient, calm, and organized presence like Gigi by my side! GK Events and Design truly made our wedding day seamless and I'd absolutely recommend their services to anyone looking for an event coordinator.

From the start of planning what was in some ways an overwhelming experience, Gigi and Sandy put at ease that everything was under control. From dealing with multiple vendors to laisoning with our venue, Bottino (also amazing!), GK Events had it covered.Our event was very hands-on with much of the set and design made in-house, all of which was delivered and assembled precisely to spec without a hiccup.Gigi and Sandy were also very helpful in the logistics of handling the schedule of events and developing a precise plan for all the wheres and whens. The trains ran on time!The personal touch made all the difference to us. They weren't just seamlessly running our wedding they were truly a part of it all which made it very special. Our needs were their needs and our satisfaction was their only goal, one which was achieved in full. Our only wish was we had more events so we could work with them again. Five stars!

We had such an amazing experience working with Gigi and Sandy and want to pay it forward by sharing with anyone looking for detail-oriented, kind, and organized coordinators to support their wedding planning and wedding day. We had several planning calls before the wedding, during which Gigi and Sandy helped us to think of so many details (we weren't Type A planners) that supported the planning process. They reached out to all of our vendors beforehand, and generously gave of their time even before the wedding itself. When our wedding rolled around, they were with us behind the scenes for the entire day. They met us at our hotel, went early to the venue, set up some of our personal touches, ensured everything was running smoothly and on time, and really worked to make the day so amazing for us, and our family and friends! They were very organized and timely when it came to setting up meetings, following up on emails, and connecting with anyone they wanted to be in touch with beforehand. They handled everything with SO much care, and we are so grateful. We loved working with them!!!
