Gigi and Sandy were absolutely fantastic. You will not regret hiring them. Their work was punctual and perfect. They are truly worth every penny. I told Gigi so many times “I could have never pulled all this off without you!” And it’s so true! They went above and beyond for us on our wedding and we are eternally grateful❤️☺️

Working with Gigi and Sandy was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very first consultation, they were warm, professional, and truly listened to our vision. They brought everything together so seamlessly that we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment of the day. Their attention to detail, quick problem-solving, and calm demeanor kept everything running smoothly—even when the unexpected popped up (as it always does with weddings!). The team coordinated with vendors flawlessly, managed the timeline with precision, and made sure everything—from the ceremony setup to the last dance—was exactly how we imagined. What really stood out was how much they genuinely cared. They weren’t just ticking boxes; they were invested in making our day special. Gigi and Sandy were really like our wedding fairy godmothers. They listen, give advice, are personable and honest women. We had a farm wedding, which we built and designed from the ground up. Our wedding was on May 18, 2024 and we hired them in March, so they stepped into our planning process once our vision was already set. They were able to catch on easily and help it come alive. From the moment they started with us, they got to work! Every single thing that was brought in was rented or created by us. They began by getting in contact with all of our vendors and verifying everything we have rented or booked. Made sure that our vendors knew who they were and who to contact. They were available to chat as needed (alongside our scheduled/ included meeting times). They also traveled to the farm for site visits 2 times before our wedding weekend. On the night before the wedding, they stayed at the farm until all vendors dropped off the rentals and the property was cleaned up. Then, on the day of.. WOW. The farm owner failed us in many ways, but thanks to Gigi and Sandy they were our voices and made sure EVERYTHING went as smoothly as it could go. From setting up tables and chairs, to decorating, and managing the bridal party and guests as they arrived. We had a guest list of 212 people and not one of them knew any of the behind the scenes mishaps, thanks to them. We truly do not know what we would have done without Gigi and Sandy being on OUR team. Because of the amount of vendors and the farm owner being all separate entities, we needed someone who would be team Bride and Groom, make decisions when we couldn’t, and be our voices. We would and will be recommending them to any one who is ever in need of event planning. 5 stars all the way!

Gigi & Sandy were truly incredible- it will be very difficult to sum up all of the ways in which they helped us on our big day. To start, they are both wonderfully kind and enjoyable to talk to. All of our pre-wedding meetings were so pleasant because they brought such a cheerful and excitable attitude to every conversation. The pre-wedding meetings were thorough, insightful and detail oriented. They both asked great questions that my spouse and I had not considered and really helped steer us through all decisions we had to make. With the pre-wedding meetings we felt that our vision and overall wants, dreams, desires for the day were completely understood. Gigi & Sandy knew the ins and outs of our wedding better than us come the big day and it was very reassuring to feel so well taken care of. Leading up to the wedding the communication with them was so open and they were very quick to respond. Something else I want to note is that we did not have a big, fancy wedding. It was very DIY w/ friends and family filling in roles of photographer and and DJ- Gigi & Sandy were incredibly supportive which we both really appreciated. We are from the west coast and had an east coast wedding to be near family- there were a lot of small details we couldn't iron out since we couldn't frequent the wedding venue. During the rehearsal we still weren't sure where tables, food, dancing, photo op where exactly all going to go. Gigi & Sandy's ability to assess a venue the day before the wedding and plan out where the wedding party will walk from for the ceremony, where the bride will come from, where decorations, tables, etc. will go was truly phenomenal. They lead our rehearsal effectively to make sure everyone understood the task at hand for the following day. They made a thorough schedule starting the morning of the wedding day so the wedding party could all stay on track. They checked in on both my husband and I before the ceremony. During set-up they were able to come up with quick and easy solutions. Truly, their problem solving capabilities blew us all away. They were made for this line of work. They absolutely transformed our venue into exactly what we had pictured. During the wedding we were absolutely baby-ed by them. We did not have to lift a finger! Food was prepared for us and they made sure we ate, wedding party and family were gathered for photos before we requested it, AC turned down when it got a little stuffy from dancing. We are both so fortunate to say that we truly did not stress about a single detail on the day of our wedding. We just got to enjoy our day and have fun and be in love with each other. We could not imagine our wedding day without them. They made our special day the most fun day of our lives. We would recommend their services to anyone getting married and I would even go so far as to recommend our friends on the west coast get married on the east coast in order to use their services. They are an absolutely delightful team who put their all into making sure your day is special. We are forever thankful for them!

Gigi and Sandy are amazing. My bride-to-be and I originally planned to organize and execute our small wedding, but soon realized we wanted to actually enjoy the day and not worry about making sure everything runs smoothly. Gigi and Sandy were very accommodating and did everything they could to understand our vision for the day. As always, there were several last-minute issues that presented themselves. Gigi handled the changes with skill and grace and made sure everyone had a great time. We highly recommend GK Events and Design for any event, large or small.
