What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will do my best to fit your budget to better accommodate. You can also check out my website which has the prices there. Prices for face painting and balloon twisting do vary between Birthday parties of 15-35 people and Fairs and events of 45 or more people. Prices for costume paintings at $60 per person (depending on design prices may vary). Please take a close look at the differences when booking.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I explain to them about the packages and pricing to fit their budget. I also explain the time management of the day and what to expect. Then I'd answer any questions they might have.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing parties for my family and an annual fundraiser at my firehouse that I work for and people kept asking me for my number and how much I charge so from there I practiced painting some more and developed a pricing system. From there Chubby Panda was born.
