Last year I purchased a broken property for fix and flip. And then I was looking for a rieliable contractor with reasonable price to help with the renovation. Karina and Garfield are easy to work with. They go out of their way to understand what the client wants and find a way to make it happen. They were flexible when situation calls for some flexibility.. We were very pleased with the outcome of the last job they did for us.
