- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair and transparent pricing based on the job. Most repairs can be quoted upfront, while larger installations may require an on-site estimate. We don’t believe in hidden fees, what we quote is what you pay. Discounts may be available for multiple services or repeat customers. Emergency or after-hours services may have an additional fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understanding the issue or project details over the phone or message. In many cases, we can provide an estimate right away. If needed, we schedule a visit to inspect the garage door and give an exact quote. Once approved, we complete the job efficiently and make sure everything is working properly before we leave. Our goal is to make the process simple, fast, and stress free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from years of hands-on work in the service industry, including technical and mechanical repairs. We have developed strong skills working with doors, hardware, and security systems, and we continue to stay updated with modern garage door systems and openers. Our focus is on practical knowledge, attention to detail, and delivering reliable results on every job.
