llya is super professional and reliable. He helped me upgrade my attic fan from a low-efficiency solar model to an electric one with much better airflow. He also installed a new junction box and extended the wiring for a clean and safe setup. It was a really hot day, but he worked so hard and didn’t cut any corners. Very impressed with his skills and attitude. Besides, he also does plumbing repairs and installs storm doors — truly a multi-skilled handyman! I already plan to hire him again to help me with plumbing and door installation projects. Highly recommended!

Ilya was very detailed when explaining the job and what he’ll do. he provides you an exact breakdown of cost so you know you aren’t getting ripped off. I would hire him again for any future home improvements. he was punctual, did a fantastic job, ensured he cleaned up after himself. it was just perfection all around. do not miss the opportunity to hire him for your improvements or any handyman work in general. i hired him to install two exhaust fans for me in my bathrooms which are vented through my roof to outside and they’re great! he provided examples of which fans i want to move forward with and provided his expert opinion on which is better and why. Now my bathrooms are humid and moisture free while showering, the mirror doesn’t get fogged up, and it’s not as hot in there! i am a happy customer and will hire him again one day.
