I first contacted Teddy about replacing a bathroom exhaust fan. He helped me figure out which fan would meet my needs, got the replacement, and installed it without a hitch. During the replacement, he noticed that some of the pipes under my bathroom sink were badly corroded. He recommended replacing them before they could break and cause damage. Two months later, I asked Teddy if he could help replace my sink. It had a flat and cumbersome design - one of the few things I disliked about my apartment. He advised me so that I could replace it with a more comfortable design, even going to Home Depot to check sinks in advance of the job. I watched him work meticulously so that the results would be pristine. Days after, I'm still impressed when I look at my new sink. You should also know that Teddy was accurate with his estimates during both jobs. In fact, the second job came out a bit under estimate. I appreciate that about him.

Ilya was very detailed when explaining the job and what he’ll do. he provides you an exact breakdown of cost so you know you aren’t getting ripped off. I would hire him again for any future home improvements. he was punctual, did a fantastic job, ensured he cleaned up after himself. it was just perfection all around. do not miss the opportunity to hire him for your improvements or any handyman work in general. i hired him to install two exhaust fans for me in my bathrooms which are vented through my roof to outside and they’re great! he provided examples of which fans i want to move forward with and provided his expert opinion on which is better and why. Now my bathrooms are humid and moisture free while showering, the mirror doesn’t get fogged up, and it’s not as hot in there! i am a happy customer and will hire him again one day.

I’m so happy with my new bathroom fan :). Working with Eli for my project was a pleasure, he was very accommodating to my work schedule and answered all of my questions before and during the replacement of my old bathroom exhaust fan. He is also patient, kind & takes the time to make sure everything is properly installed and working which is refreshing when hiring someone to do a home improvement project. On the day of the project he was right on time and prepared for the project and made sure everything was cleaned up after - I definitely recommend having him come work on your home project!
