- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off GOOGLE the make & model if it is worth $300 or less & not a simple paper jam do electronic recycling it's not worth repair. Next when was maintenance done on your printer? It may need a cleaning & maintenance kit. If you have the model number & error codes or pictures TEXT them we can possibly skip a diagnostics fee. IF you don't we would have to diagnose the issue with it.
