My first time using Elite Removal and the entire process could not have gone any smoother. From asking for quotes (removal of a large sectional couch) on Thumbtack - they responded within 5 minutes - to agreeing on a price and arranging a date and time that fit my needs, they were VERY responsive. They texted me every step of the way, including when they were 20 minutes out and 1 minute away. I really couldn't have asked for better communications. Showed up ON-TIME and did the work quickly and neatly. I also found them to be reasonably priced. I sincerely could not have asked for anything more from them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Every step of fhis process has been smooth. Initially Brandon contacted me immediately, gave me a very good price and arranged a mutually convenient time. They kept me informed the day of the disposal of my junk. They arrived on time. The guys were all very efficient. I added last minute items without any issue. It was all terrific. I would definitely use them again.
