Mr. Scott arrived at our home for consultation which was great. We pointed out all areas of concern and notified him about a couple bee hives we had in the yard. On the date services were rendered, he was late. Upon completion he then said he could remove weeds and cut the grass in certain areas because of the bees. He initially quoted a price and said he could complete the complete knowing there were beehives in the yard. I just wish he had been more forth coming in the beginning before he began the job. Had we known he couldn't work around the bees, we would've gotten an exterminator before having our yard done. He also said he could remove a bunch wood scraps we needed to get rid of. He picked up all the wood, put it in his truck and called a few hours later asking if he could return it because it was treated wood and he had no where to dispose of it. Once again, his lack of experience showed greatly because he had agreed to perform a service that he was unable to do. He was polite, professional, but lacked the experience I was looking for. At the very least, I would have appreciated more honesty about what he was able to accomplish successfully.
