- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide a free in-home estimates for all our jobs. Also, Get a Granite Tune-up or Accessory Upgrade free when purchasing any 1 Day Tune-Up, Cabinet Refacing, Redooring, or Custom Cabinets project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a welcome call to learn more about your project and confirm your availability. Prior to visiting, we send a pre-appointment packet with a complete door catalogue containing our wide selection of doors to choose from. On the day of the visit to your home we go over all your options, lay out the details and discuss your budget and schedule. Once we earn your business, we then prepare the work order ensuring that materials are ordered and our team is ready to have installation completed. We are a national brand that's committed to providing an unrivaled level of service and support to our customers. Our local operation is also held accountable by our national corporate office by regular monitoring and procedure checks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All customers are provided with materials to help make an informed decision. We understand that this is a significant investment and in most instances an experience that comes with challenges. We ensure that we educate our customers along the way to make that journey for you as smooth as possible.
