This dynamic duo (Shane and Marco) is the epitome of professionalism. They found me an outstanding pool table in excellent shape, secured me an extremely reasonable price, took it apart, reassembled it after moving it into my home piece by piece in my basement. They were extremely timely and thoroughly responsive to all of my inquiries. They kept me abreast of everything they were doing, made numerous recommendations, changed the felt explaining how/why they did certain things, etc. They were painstakingly diligent about every single task that they performed which impressed the heck out of me. They genuinely care about details and I couldn’t appreciate their service and support any more. Prior to positioning the table they wanted to ensure that the location and position of the table was going to provide the best playability. Soley due to their sound advice, my table is in the best possible place. They took the time needed leveling the table and then replaced the felt; once again paying so much attention to detail. They take their work seriously which was so refreshing. They explained everything that they did and the reason that they did it. They put the table and slate back together and leveled it perfectly. They are skilled and extremely capable and the best workmanship I have ever seen; and not just in their craft. I immediately knew that they knew what they were doing, they knew what they were talking about, and they impressed the heck out of me and my family and we are not easily impressed. They had a long day when they installed my table which was in the evening. Nevertheless, their energy, friendliness and willingness to go above and beyond in ensuring that my table was satisfactory and the installation was successful was greatly appreciated and did not go unnoticed. The team never stopped making sure we were happy with everything about the table from the position of the table, condition, measuring & adjusting where needed, felt replacement, etc. Shane, Marco, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for caring about what you do and caring about our satisfaction as your customer. We have and will continue to recommend you to anyone we know whether they have a pool table or not. You blew us away with your knowledge and we are forever grateful for your customer service.
