Chris was amazing! We could not have asked for a better experience. He was unbelievably reliable - I contacted him the day before his arrival, and despite a 4-hour round-trip drive, he was not only willing to come but he arrived punctually at 9am sharp as agreed to. We received our 3D tour very quickly, and photos promptly as well. He was thorough, methodical and a great communicator. He shot all corners of the house, including the closets, and chose excellent angles and lighting for all shots. He made our home look like a castle! Most importantly, the quality of the product was stunning in quality. The 3D tour especially will make an extraordinary statement to potential buyers and renters.

Working with Chris was a great experience. Very friendly, responsive, professional, and excellent quality work. We felt the 3D Walk-through virtual tour of the property made our presentation stand out from the rest of the competition and have already been receiving compliments on the photo's and Walkthrough tour. In the past we have taken our our photos for our presentations, but NV's photo's and virtual tour added a lot of value to the presentation so we are looking forward to working together again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base our pricing on square footage.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discovering the specific needs that the customer would like done on a specific project is crucial. Delivering a detailed quote and upon approval by the customer setting up a time and date for the photo shoot/3D Scan of the property. After the photos and 3D Scan is completed, we edit the photos and scan and deliver the final product to the customer within 48 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been trained by Matterport in the process of scanning properties and editing the scans in order to deliver outstanding results. Matterport is the highest quality provider of 3D Technology on the market.
