- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I measure rooms and price by Sq foot for walls and ceilings, and liner ft for trim. I always give customers my discount that I get from Benjamin Moore and sherwin williams
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to meet a customer in person even after speaking to them on the phone. I like to communicate well with a customer and most customers seem to appreciate that. It's good to be on the same page
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned from others and by doing when it came to house painting. Same with epoxy flooring, although, I do have a certification or 2 from that with the old company I used to work for
