OSPM promptly returned our phone calls, when we were searching for a property maintenance Contractor. They visited & toured our site at the appointed time, and gave us a timely and detailed Proposal. They negotiated in good faith, and we came to a satisfactory agreement. Their subsequent work on our site has been first rate, as promised. Competitive pricing, excellent work performed, and many services available above the contract on a as-needed basis. We couldn't be more satisfied with OSPM. The worst experience. One thing we asked to make sure that he does not burry the sprinklers, we even put up flags where they were located. Ended up burying them anyway. Said he will come to fix it, then said that we should just dig it out ourselves because it’s so easy, then after another month of back and forward texting (because he will not pick up the phone) he said he does not know how to work with sprinklers. Since he did not show up for over 2 months the grass started dying because the water is pooling underground from the broken sprinklers.
