OSPM promptly returned our phone calls, when we were searching for a property maintenance Contractor. They visited & toured our site at the appointed time, and gave us a timely and detailed Proposal. They negotiated in good faith, and we came to a satisfactory agreement. Their subsequent work on our site has been first rate, as promised. Competitive pricing, excellent work performed, and many services available above the contract on a as-needed basis. We couldn't be more satisfied with OSPM.
