Ed finished our garage into a dining room, made a pass through and doorway to the new room, built custom stairs, laid the cork flooring, installed 2 large picture windows and painted the room. It looks fantastic! Ed is very trustworthy and is a hard-worker. We are busy talking about the next home improvement!

I am so glad that I contacted Reliant Carpentry to do my basement for me! Ed was very reliable, was meticulous in the details, kept our space clean every day as he finished, and saved us money. He also had very creative ideas to help us best utilize our space. He even went the distance and helped us to paint! Since that time, I've contacted Ed to help me repair our deck and prep our house to pass inspection. In all of his work-big projects and small-Ed was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We will certainly go back to him for any future house projects.

I contacted Reliant Carpentry to convert my upstairs closet into a bathroom. Ed took care of all aspects of the job. He was efficient, didn't linger on the job, was courteous and kept my house clean. Everyone who sees the bathroom tells me how beautiful it is and what a great job Ed did. I am really happy with his work and would recommend him to anyone.

Ed went out of his way to expedite the deck restoration...he was thorogh. Gave options. Polite and swift with estimate....very prompt I will deffinately be calling his company back for additional deck work

What types of customers have you worked with?
To be honest, I do all types of jobs. It could be a handyman's punch list to basement renovations, additions, etc.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I just completed a large basement with concrete walls that leaked water. My partner and I transformed it into a 1000 sq. foot cozy living space with a full bathroom and plenty of storage.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
1). Make sure you are comparing apples to apples between estimates. One detail left unsaid could be the difference between hundreds or even thousands of dollars. 2). Sometimes the lowest quote means a contractor did not bid it properly and he may hit you with "extras" at the end of the job.
