- What types of customers have you worked with?
Unfortunately, the most common issue we address is the removal and prevention of malware (virus, spyware, spam, etc). We would rather be helping customers with new equipment, learning how to use what the have, and make what they have work better.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always choose a service that has been around for a while and avoid working with friends or family. They get busy, you get frustrated - it just isn't worth it in the end.
