Brandy's Heating & Cooling was the last of 5 estimates I got for a furnace replacement and am I glad I found them! Their initial pricing was so much better than the others that I was hesitant to proceed, but after a phone conversation with the owner, we set up an appointment. He was very straightforward, low pressure and easy to talk to. He came to look at the job the next evening and explained to me that buying the full modulating furnace would in effect be cheaper than a direct replacement 2 stage as it qualified for a federal tax credit with it's 98%+ afue efficiency rating. Not all manufacturers have a furnace that qualifies and this was one of the reasons why I had decided on a Rheem furnace.. Brandy also offered a 0% financing arrangement which I took advantage of. Additionally, he offered a 10 year warranty on labor which was a very reasonably priced option to go along with Rheem's 10 year parts warranty. Additionally, the heat exchanger is warrantied for life and if it fails in the first 10 years, Rheem replaces the entire furnace. He left saying that he would send a proposal and a link to the financing via email the next day for me to look over. I decided to proceed and filled out the links. Brandy called me and said since I had an inoperable furnace he would order the furnace, the Econet Thermostat and everything else that was needed and get me scheduled as soon as possible. Much to my surprise , I got a call from Brandy later that day saying he had me scheduled for 9:00 AM the following day and he would be finished in 1 day. He and his men showed up at 9 AM and got right to work, tearing out the old unit and preparing the ductwork for the new one. He installed it, hooked everything up and programmed the thermostat for me. All parts from the old furnace were hauled away and the entire area was cleaned and left spotless. His workmanship on the transition ducts, the gas piping, and the wiring was top notch. Brandy also applied for the township permit and when the inspector arrived, he commented on what a nice job was done.The new furnace has been in operation for a couple of weeks now and I can't express how pleased I am. It is way quieter than the old one and the temperature in the house never varies. Because it has a 98% efficiency rating, it should save some money on fuel...time will tell. I do know I have a top of the line Rheem Prestige model furnace with Econet Thermostat and a solid 10 year parts and labor warranty. Additionally, I have Brandy's Heating and Cooling to service the furnace and take care of any warranty repairs that might pop up.My thanks to Brandy for great pricing and a great job, all stress free. Simply put, a great experience!

I had a heat pump installed by another company 4 years ago, it has broken multiple times. The latest time, the installer came out, spent two days on it, charged me an arm and a leg, and didn't even give a diagnosis, let alone fix it! Brandy came in and troubleshot the problem. He was timely, kind, resourceful and honest. I highly recommend Brandy for your HVAC needs!!

Received a ridiculously outrageous quote from another company to replace an HVAC motor. Called Brandy's Heating. Communication was excellent from the start to the finish. Brandy replaced the motor at a fraction (less than 20%!) of the cost of the other company, and his service and communication were far superior. I appreciate the customer service that comes from working with a smaller company where everyone is vested in creating a good experience for the customer. I'll be a return customer!!!
