If I could give Rob more than 5 stars I would. Rob responded to my inquiry very quickly. I sent him pics of what I wanted removed from my basement & 2nd floor and Rob & I agreed on a price, confirmed my date for the pick up and haul away of my items. Rob's price was very fair. Rob confirmed with me a few days before my appointment, and today when Rob was on his way he called and arrived on time. Rob and his brother removed the 3 bulky, heavy items up and down the stairs and did not damage my walls in any way---just perfect. They were professional, courteous and before I knew it their truck was loaded up. What I also liked about Rob was he made sure everything was done to my satisfaction before he left. Another plus, he really is a nice guy. I would highly recommend Rob and he will certainly be my "go to guy" for anything else I would need done.

I would have selected all 5 of the options regarding service but the screen only permitted me to select 3. In addition to junkremoval, my large and heavy Nordictrack was moved from the first floor to the basement. We would definitely use this service again.

My brother-in-law needed to be in a nursing home and I got stuck having to clean out his apartment under a very tight time-frame. The job was unmanageable for me as I'm 78 years old and also have health issues. I went to Thumbtack and found Clemens Hauling and Auto LLC.
Shortly after filling out the on-line form, Rob, the owner, replied by email. I called the telephone number on the email and explained my situation to Rob. He explained that he and his team does it all, so no preparation or participation is required by the Customer other than making sure he had access to the apartment (the door has to be unlocked).
As I was on a tight schedule, I was concerned that he wouldn't be able to complete the removal in the time available. Rob said "give me a few minutes and I call you back to make sure that we can complete the work as you require". Less than ten minutes later he called me back and we set up a time to meet at the apartment.
Arriving right on time, Rob and his crew came fully prepared for the pandemic with masks, etc. and immediately started removing furniture. They worked quickly and efficiently, and were careful not to bang or scrap walls and doors. In short order, he and his crew had the place cleaned out.
When it came time to pay, there were no additional fees or charges beyond the quoted price. Rob explained that the price quoted is the price you pay unless there was some large change in the volume to be removed or the time agreed on to remove. Rob replied, "we treat our customers the way we want to be treated, fair and honestly."
In summary, in this situation, I went from I'm going to have a stroke to hey that was a piece of cake. Clemens Hauling and Auto LLC is great, professional and honest. I would recommend them, without hesitation, to anyone that needs moving and/or clean-outs.

Rob did an awesome job helping to remove extra junk I had accumulated over the months. He was very responsive when scheduling the appointment and was very easy to work with for getting the estimate - which was very reasonable for the amount of items I was having him take. He was extremely efficient in packing all of my things onto his truck. It is great to have all of that space back again!

Interact with them via text/email or phone (whichever they prefer), set up a time to estimate the job (if required) meet the customer, go over their needs/specification, give them my advice and go over how job will be done, complete work, thank them, get paid, and part as new friends!
