Shannon is a gifted healer. I believe there are people who are sent into your life that completely change your trajectory. Shannon is one of those people. When I first met her I was full of fear and living my life in the mist of fear. She, just by who she is, reached a hand in that mist and showed me another way. Shannon's hands and energy is what make her body work sessions truly exceptional. This is not just massage, it's a healing therapy for body and soul. Shannon is a gifted massage therapist. I always say she is one of those people who has "the touch". Shannon has an intuitive way of knowing where your trouble spots are and will work them out. I know I melt into that table by the time I am done and it is hard getting up and functioning to drive home. As a yogi, Shannon really combines her training and it is more than a massage, but an experience. Treat yourself and then you will make it a routine for your health and well being with Shannon. I have been fortunate to know her for many years you won't be disappointed. She is a healer.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will have a phone conversation to determine the clients needs. After the appointment I will advise a care plan suited for the clients lifestyle.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After 23 years in massage practice and 10 years as a certified yoga instructor and meditation teacher, I have spent thousands of hours in practice. I have certificates in many modalities. I have been an energy healer and Reiki master for 25 years as well. Most recently having studied Qigong and breath work, Infuse my years of wisdom into each session.
