Maanchi Creations evolved over 30 years from a boutique clothing store to a large scale garment manufacturer, to now a unique gift pet free studio. It has transcended borders from India to now in the United States of America bringing a unique perspective to designs.
Maanchi's founder Madhu Rastogi has been designing and sewing since her youth. What started as a hobby to sew her own clothes, and clothes for the family; soon evolved into her passion for creating new designs across various mediums. That combined with the zest for perfection guarantees the best possible creation each time.

Madhu transformed our baby’s burp cloths into beautiful quilts! The cloths were thick, so it was hard to find someone to take on the project. Madhu accepted the challenge. I was nervous about shipping items of sentimental value across the country to a stranger, but Madhu was responsive to my texts whenever I asked for status. If you’re in a rush, she might not be a good fit. If you’re willing to wait, it’s well worth the time. The quality is absolutely top notch! Will definitely return to her for my next project.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All the items are custom made and most of the time varies in prices. We prefer to discuss the project first and then quote the prices. All the items are reasonably priced.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to know the customer through emailing and try to work according to their preferences. Always start working on the project after taking approval from the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a trained fashion designer from India and have 15 years experience in running my own boutique and a garment manufacturing unit. Took training in a vocational training institute in New York and passed that with honors. My training and experience give me a good understanding of any design for sewing and embroidery both.
