El Roi responded on Sunday evening to an emergency call. Joan arrived quickly and was able to troubleshoot quickly. I was able to get the power back on within an hour (after a serious problem with electrical panel). Joan also assisted with minor electric issues I had. El Roi Electric was fantastic. I reached out with an issue with certain lights in outlets suddenly stopped working in my home (not a tripped breaker). The technician was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly. They were also very clean and wore shoe protectors to not track the salt/snow in from outside which was a nice plus. I will definitely continue to use this company in the future for any of my electrical needs.
