Excellent experience with this outstanding young professional. He assisted with our generator repair right before a major storm was expected, and his timing, skill, and professionalism made all the difference.

He took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue, explained what was wrong in a way we could understand, and walked us through the repair process. He worked efficiently but never rushed, making sure everything was fully tested and functioning properly before he left. El Roi responded on Sunday evening to an emergency call. Joan arrived quickly and was able to troubleshoot quickly. I was able to get the power back on within an hour (after a serious problem with electrical panel). Joan also assisted with minor electric issues I had. This company is great, I am looking forward to working with them shortly.
