Excellent experience with this outstanding young professional. He assisted with our generator repair right before a major storm was expected, and his timing, skill, and professionalism made all the difference. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue, explained what was wrong in a way we could understand, and walked us through the repair process. He worked efficiently but never rushed, making sure everything was fully tested and functioning properly before he left. I was able to get the power back on within an hour (after a serious problem with electrical panel). Joan also assisted with minor electric issues I had. El Roi Electric was fantastic. I reached out with an issue with certain lights in outlets suddenly stopped working in my home (not a tripped breaker). The technician was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly. They were also very clean and wore shoe protectors to not track the salt/snow in from outside which was a nice plus. I will definitely continue to use this company in the future for any of my electrical needs.
